Take whatever measures necessary to retain and keep Ryan happy with Collier's. He's a first rate service tech and great individual to work with. He's a great ambassador for Collier's HVAC. He's smart, well spoken and very professional. If he ever leaves your company, I will strongly consider looking for another company to service our geothermal system.

Normally they are in and out in about 30 mins. It was getting close to an hour and the temp in the house was still really low where he set it and very cold inside the house. So i finally went to the garage to see what was going on if there was something wrong. But he was just in the garage on his cell phone. He said to me something about it being a light day and drive time. Air conditioning is working great and I appreciate this bi-yearly service. See you in the fall!
