I cannot say enough good things about Collier's and the incredible team that went completely above and beyond to troubleshoot ultimately get air conditioning working for us. We faced so many obstacles along the way, but this crew refused to give up until the job was done perfectly.
Tony (Sales Rep): Did an absolute stellar job. He went out of his way to explain everything clearly, get things moving, and ensure everything was perfectly prepped so the installation could proceed without a hitch.
Jake (Manager): The powerhouse behind the scenes who worked magic to get everything approved quickly so we could move forward.
Joey, Lucas N & Will H (Service Techs): Incredibly skilled and professional technicians who worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and navigate the various obstacles our system threw at them.
Troy Eschenbacher (HVAC Install Manager) & Liem Heffley (Install Lead): These two are absolute heroes. They both worked over 12 hours on the 4th of July just to make sure our system was completely installed and running. Giving up their holiday to ensure our family had cooling is a level of dedication you just don't see anymore.

From my phone call to the service Jody provided servicing or Geothermal, everything was great! Jody was polite and provided a lot of information to help me understand things. He is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Very pleased with our service and highly recommend!
He knew what he was doing, was very polite. Unfortunately the unit he was looking at was beyond reasonable repair.
Colliers and Leland in particular are very good Colliers sent him out right away he was there promptly he diagnosed the problem he fixed the problem and he was on his way. Thank you!
Alfred, my serviceman was very knowledgeable and I needed a blower motor for my AC would work. Colliers did not have one in stock. Alfred did his best to find and locate me a motor, and he said what ever time that motor comes in he would be here to replace it. A man of his word. Collier is a great place to do business and Thank you Afred.
