I contacted Collier's because our AC was not blowing cold air. Alfred came out quickly. He was knowledgeable and explained all of the checks he was performing. He identified the issues and had us up and running that afternoon. I would highly recommend Collier's and Alfred for your HVAC issues and maintenance!

Tidy and clean service! Great service provider! The thermostat included with the new heat/air conditioning system was not working properly as the temperature was rising and my attempts to resolve the issues had no impact. The premium thermostat was way too complicated with so many unneeded features that it left me frustrated. The new standard featured thermostat is fantastic and there is no company turning off my equipment to meet their own needs. I do very well with my own energy and cost savings.

Jacques is really great! He carefully explained our problems and options for correcting them. He also outlined payment options and assured us that he could complete the work tomorrow. We were very favorably impressed with this service representative. He's a keeper!
Oh my gosh, what a wonderful young man the tech is. I was very impressed with him from start to finish. He installed several replacement parts and got us up and running. He is a keeper for sure!!
