Colliers was amazing with helping us learn our system in our "new" to us home. We had an issue with the discharge line freezing and after getting it resolved with help from our Well Drilling company Colliers came back out and did a maintenance check on our system! We also upgraded our thermostat (ordered through Colliers) and they installed it for us as well. Would highly recommend Colliers!!
He explained the new system very thoroughly. And checked and rechecked. They did a really good job. Thank you!
We love Collier's. Our service tech, Joey, is so nice and goes above and beyond to make sure our unit is always working properly and is clean. We love how personable the staff is. Contacted Collier's Comfort in Ossian for furnace service. Ryan their expert service tech came out the next day and diagnosed a host of concerns...bad blower motor, wheel terribly out of balance, parts no longer available due to age of outdated system. He got me an excellent quote on a new furnace and I was scheduled for demo and removal on the first day and complete install of new furnace the next day. 3 curteous and professional installers arrived first thing on install day despite some icy roads and less than favorable driving conditions. My new furnace was installed and running by 1:00 PM. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER OR MORE SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY, THE EMPLOYEES OR THE WORK THEY DID! GREAT JOB!

Had wonderful service from Collier's! Carson was able to diagnose the furnace issue & get the part ordered late in the day Friday. Installed the part and furnace was up and running early afternoon Monday. Love having friendly and efficient service… great job Carson!
