My Service Tech Jody was really great! But I'm completely dissatisfied with a lack of personal touch with my original service staff in house. I used to be able to call the office in Ossian, Indiana and the Support team knew who I was and Was really helpful. They were easy to deal with.
Now it's a different person every time. And when I called on the weekend; just to ask, if while I waited if I should turn the breakers off; or if there were buttons, I should push that might reset something; at Colliers, -no one would help me. No one knew anything. And; no one could connect me with anyone who knew anything. I contacted my old provider, JO Mory; and they put me on the phone with a service Tech Who told me exactly what to do until someone could come.
At Colliers's; I feel like thepersonal touch is gone; which is why I came there in the first place a couple years ago. I'm sure it makes more money for the company. I get it.
More money for you. Less personal touch for the customer.
Once again. Happy with my service person Jody. He was very professional. I feel like I'm in good hands with him. But wow, the lack of A local contact hurts.
I left JO Mory two years ago to come with you guys. They have dedicated service people who know your name. I'm certain there is a reason that I should stay. You guys are in a service business.
Jody is taking care of me for now. Thankfully..

Jody has years of knowledge that was noticeable as I watched him troubleshoot my heat pump for the pool. Of course the heater wanted to work fine when he showed up, but he knew why and what to replace.
Everything was perfect knowledgeable and gave us great communication everything we expected. Lucas the technician was amazing great customer service and knowledge he explained everything in detail. I would recommend them to everyone
