I briefly watched the tech and noticed he was using a borescope to check the heat exchanger. That made me feel good about the inspection. If they go to that depth to ensure my safety I think they are doing the rest of the inspections well. I've been doing business with them since they opened in this area and I am still pleased with them and the way they do business.

Our air conditioning has been out for a few weeks and we finally decided to call. Leland was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! He explained everything in great detail and had our AC up and running in a small amount of time!
We have enjoyed service through Collier's for a long time, including 2 houses and 3 HVAC systems. They have always been extremely professional, kind and helpful. I really like how they have moved to a text format for reminders, notifications when the tech is en route and a picture of who I can expect, plus a personal call from the tech. This time, we had Blake out for routine maintenance. He was very professional over the phone and in our home, clear about what he needed or where he was going to be when in my home, and personable as we were chatting when it was complete. I will always highly recommend Colliers!
Leland was very prompt and efficient. Saturday late night call. Fixed in a timely manner.
The A/C had an error this morning. Colliers had a technician here by early afternoon today. He checked the system and did some maintenance. The system is working now. In time for an expected hot spell. The service is appreciated.
