Fast and quick service
Spencer showed up on time, was very knowledgable, thorough and curtious, providing several options regarding the sump pump.replacement. He went above and beyond by re routing the plumbing, making it much more secure and much quieter than the previous setup. Spencer explained the maintenance program, which impacted my decision to enroll in the program. Overall a great Korte experience, I attribute much of the positive experience to Spencer.
Toilet repair and replacement. Ayden thoroughly investigated my concerns, explained the issues and options. Offered me some pricing options and allowed me to choose what I felt was the best value. No pressure, just straight conversation. The work was thorough and complete.
