Contacted Collier's Comfort in Ossian for furnace service. Ryan their expert service tech came out the next day and diagnosed a host of concerns...bad blower motor, wheel terribly out of balance, parts no longer available due to age of outdated system. He got me an excellent quote on a new furnace and I was scheduled for demo and removal on the first day and complete install of new furnace the next day. 3 curteous and professional installers arrived first thing on install day despite some icy roads and less than favorable driving conditions. My new furnace was installed and running by 1:00 PM. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER OR MORE SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY, THE EMPLOYEES OR THE WORK THEY DID! GREAT JOB!

Had wonderful service from Collier's! Carson was able to diagnose the furnace issue & get the part ordered late in the day Friday. Installed the part and furnace was up and running early afternoon Monday. Love having friendly and efficient service… great job Carson!

We had a damper fail on a dual zone Lennox System. There are 4 dampers total in our home. Called Colliers and they sent someone right out within an hour of the call. Carson was awesome!!! He located the damper that failed and they had to order a new damper. Carson came back out 2 days later and installed it, tested and works great! Thanks again Carson, you did a fantastic job!
For our semi annual HVAC maintenance check, Cayden was very thorough and explained in detail all checks done and any issues found.
