Joey took the time necessary to assess the outputs that our unit should exhibit when running correctly. He also took the time to call tech support when he didn't get the outputs he should to better explain to me the outcomes further down the road. Very happy with the service.
Leland serviced my furnace and AC, and identified an issue with excessive current draw on my AC compressor during startup, along with a degraded starter capacitor. He offered to install a repair kit on the AC, which he had on hand. Maintenance and repairs were completed within an hour. Very efficient and professional.
