Collier's Comfort started out like a lot of companies do: small, but with big ambitions. In 1996, Todd Zeplin first opened his doors in Ossian with a simple philosophy: do a quality job at prices that the customer can afford. Armed with that and a strong knowledge of HVAC systems of all varieties, we moved forward with confidence.
You may have known us previously as Collier's Heating & Air Conditioning when we were one of two locations, the Ossian branch and Warsaw branch. Following the retirement of one of our business partners during the summer of 2017, we split branches and ownership, and rebranded to Collier's Comfort Services.
The results speak for themselves. Since then, we’ve expanded our business to serve a steady stream of satisfied customers that have driven our company to success. Yet our core values haven’t changed.
