Wow, what a class act this company is!! The install guys were right on time and did an excellent job of installing a new Lennox Mini Split unit. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They took no shortcuts and cleaned up every little bit of scrap and waste. They took time at the end to walk me through the operation of my unit and explain the use of the remote. I am so happy with the quality of the equipment and the installation. I also have a Geothermal system that Collier's services twice a year and have been very pleased with that service as well. I recommend Collier's very highly!!
Great job helping my family out when it was 90 degrees and our AC went out. They truly cared about us and made us a priority!
Collier's Service is always quick to arrive, friendly to deal with, and thorough in diagnosing and correcting our problems. Our system experienced an electronic glitch that blew a control board and shut our air down during a hot spell. They came within an hour of calling them, fixed the problem and we were back up and cooling. Great service!
We could not be happier with our new furnace/ac. This is a wonderful company, I recommend them to anyone.
As usual, the service technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The individual who scheduled the appointment was polite and professional.
From the top down these guys are absolutely the best. Our a/c went out just a few days before the blistering heat hit. Had a guy come out that evening at 9pm to diagnose the issue, unfortunately we needed a new unit, and also decided to upgrade the furnace. Communication and response time across the board is far superior than any experience we've had in the past. With only a couple days before the major heat wave, these guys found a way to get everything installed. Delivery on quality, customer service, and value, is why we will continue to use them, and you should too. You won't be disappointed, thank you to the entire Colliers team!
Normal Geo semi annual svc was performed perfectly by Ryan. During his visit I learned about a protective system against water damage in the house (which could be caused by water line leaks/ruptures at appliances). This new system/technology is perfect for protecting the house from extensive internal water damage … especially if the homeowner is away for an extended period of time. We now have the Resideo system installed. Thanks Ryan and Colliers.
You have helped us today greatly by your prompt service we received. We especially appreciate the way in which Joey found he problem with our air-conditioner and with both Joey and Jody's help to fix it. We are very satisfied with the price charged for the service.
