Always have them do maintenance on are HVAC. Always done right as we winter in Florida it's just one less thing we have to worry about.
Our geothermal cooling system went out at 9 pm on a Friday, 90 degree evening . We called thinking that we would be sweating at least one night and maybe all weekend. WRONG!!! Joey came in a very timely manner and was friendly, professional, and thorough. About 90 minutes later, all repairs and replacements were made plus a new thermostat. He even stayed several minutes longer to be sure it was working correctly. Collier should keep Joey and give him a great raise. HE IS A WINNER!!!????????????
