Extremely wonderful experience! We were extremely impressed with all staff and the quality of work. We referred our parents to Collier’s about having some work done with their HVAC too.
We have been receiving excellent service from Collier's for over 14 years!!!!! They are the only people we will let service our Geo-Thermal and our Propane heat. they have a great program. Purchase a maintenance agreement every year and they come out twice. Once for Heat and the other for the AC. They will also install and service Air Purifiers.They are such a Great Company, the same folks have been there for Years! Very personable group!
I have worked with Collier's for Years, And by far they are the most reputable, Honest and down to Earth HVAC Company in the Area! I would not recommend anyone other than them!!! Absolutely a Great Company to work with!! Todd, Renee, Doug and the whole Crew are Great People to deal with!!
I was searching for a company to inspect a geothermal system in a house we've put an offer on to buy. After many calls ending in companies saying they weren't able to work on geothermal units or companies saying they could work on them but didn't sound too confident in their answer, I then called Collier's.
When I called Collier's the confidence that rang out in the tone of the lady I spoke to assuring me they work with geothermal units on a regular basis made me comfortable enough to schedule an inspection. Remembering the distance I'd have to drive for the appointment, Jade called me ahead of time to let me know their technician is still on the previous job. However, they quickly called back to let me know they had another technician that had finished early and the time still worked.
Once I met the technician, Trent, I knew right away he wasn't the stereotypical heating and cooling technician that I've dealt with using other heating and cooling companies in my past. His knowledge and professionalism is what I was hoping for. Not only to do a proper inspection but to answer the many questions I had about a system I knew little about.
It's VERY reassuring to know that my future investment will be placed in the hands of a very capable, TRUSTWORTHY company.
I strongly recommend this company to anyone reading this!
