Have had Collier's for 20 years and have been quite satisfied.
Installers were professional and courteous. Also I like how Collier's filled out NIPSCO refund paperwork for me.
The installers were very professional and easy to have around the house--hardly noticed them. We have been Collier's customers for quite a while and have always appreciated their professional, honest and fair approach to the heating/cooling process.
Andrew called when they arrived as I was at work and called when they completed the job. Scheduler was very funny and seemed to like her job.
The technicians that came out went out of their way to make sure everything was working properly. They fixed smaller issues that they found in the process.
