From sales to install, everyone was great to deal with.
When Troy arrived, he shook my hand and introduced himself. The crew was neat in appearance and ready to work. As they were working, I felt confident of their skills. It's always a plus when you don't hear things like, uh uh! They found a leak in my central air unit from another company and fixed it for me. I am so happy with my new furnace. I have never felt so much air coming out of my vents! Thank you!

Kind, genuinely cared about us as people. My husband has asthma and we needed our air fixed. They came out the same day I called, figured out the problem, gave an estimate and fixed the next day. They were God sent for us.

The guys that did the installation were on task all three days and worked diligently in the extreme heat. They were very thorough and very courteous and explained to us what was going on. Oh, also, very eager to answer any questions we had. I felt so bad for them to work in the heat we had, they are troopers!

I moved into a new home since the passing of my husband a little over 1 year ago. I sorely miss his skills and ability to fix anything.
He was a plumber, and long time member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 166. I had called the local, and asked for a recommendation on who I could call to help me fix my duct work, and hook up my washer and dryer.
They were extremely nice, and offered to come and assist me.
Unfortunately though, this didn't happen.
But I did call Colliers Comfort Services from Ossian. They came over the next day. replaced my duct work. Installed a new heating and central air system, and installed my washer and dryer.
They were professional, courteous, and really helped me out, giving me peace of mind knowing that this was and one less worry for me.
If anyone is in need off of heating, ac, or any other service, do not hesitate to call Colliers.
They are honest, reliable, and do good work.
