The installers did a very nice job. They explained what they were doing and why. Very pleased with the prompt service and very courteous employees. They were out in our garage and on the roof working on one of the coldest days we've had this record setting season.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained very good as to what size furnace I needed. Troy & Alex were very professional in explaining how my new furnace operates and how it will be more efficient than my old one. They also told me why the old one was not operating properly.
