Joey took the time necessary to assess the outputs that our unit should exhibit when running correctly. He also took the time to call tech support when he didn't get the outputs he should to better explain to me the outcomes further down the road. Very happy with the service.

Leland serviced my furnace and AC, and identified an issue with excessive current draw on my AC compressor during startup, along with a degraded starter capacitor. He offered to install a repair kit on the AC, which he had on hand. Maintenance and repairs were completed within an hour. Very efficient and professional.

The technician was both professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable. We appreciated that he was able to resolve the problem without overselling us. We were quite pleased that he showed up on time and was able to work us into the schedule earlier than planned. Thank you...

My tech today is Dan. He explained everything that he was doing and what will have to be done very soon to fix a problem. I enjoyed talking with him and understood the problem we need to get fixed. He gets a 10 and a gold star. Thanks Dan!

I have just had my furnace and AC replaced by Collier's . I have been with them for 8 years. Love and appreciate their honesty, professionalism and the fact that they don't try to sell you anything you don't need or want. The installation professionals represented all that I knew this company to be.
